The invention relates to the technical field of waste recycling, in particular to a method for preparing artware from granite residual soil and the artware. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing granite residual soil, industrial solid wastes, basalt fibers and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain first slurry; s2, adding a naphthalene water reducer into the first slurry, and uniformly stirring to obtain second slurry; s3, adding a defoaming agent into the second slurry, uniformly stirring, and carrying out primary vacuumizing treatment to obtain third slurry; s4, the third slurry is poured into an artware mold to be subjected to vibration treatment, then second-time vacuumizing treatment and first-time maintenance treatment are conducted, the artware mold is dismantled, and an intermediate artware is obtained; and S5, the middle artware is placed in water to be subjected to secondary maintenance treatment, and the artware is obtained. A new idea is provided for treatment of the granite residual soil, and recycling of the granite residual soil is achieved.
