Comprising the following steps: S1, adding a graphene quantum dot aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 0.01-0.05% into a centrifugal tube, adding absolute ethyl alcohol until the mass of a solvent is 7g, uniformly mixing, and ultrasonically dispersing in ice water for 20-100 minutes; s2, PVB powder with the mass fraction of 20-40% is weighed and added into the mixed solvent subjected to ultrasonic dispersion to be subjected to ultrasonic dissolution till no obvious bubbles exist, and the adhesive is obtained.The invention further discloses the adhesive prepared through the preparation method of the ceramic cultural relic adhesive material. Therefore, the adhesive can permeate into the pottery cultural relics, and the bonding strength is improved.
