The invention discloses an accurate butt-joint positioning method for anchor pull rods of an inclined steel-concrete combined section. The method comprises the steps that S1, an embedded support is arranged on a lower tower column in an embedded mode; s2, an anchor beam positioning frame is welded to the embedded support; s3, assembling the anchor pull rod and the components of the anchor pull rod into anchor pull rod sheet bodies, and hoisting the anchor pull rod sheet bodies to an anchor beam positioning frame in a split manner for positioning; s4, the steel-concrete combined section is hoisted to be aligned and assembled with the anchor pull rod sheet body; s5, the anchor pull rod is pulled upwards to enable the upper end of the anchor pull rod to penetrate out of the top of the anchor box; and S6, after concrete is poured and formed, the anchor pull rods are tensioned in sequence to reach the designed tensioning force, and installation construction of the anchor pull rods of the steel-concrete combined section of the steel cable bridge is completed. According to the steel-concrete combined section and anchor pull rod assembly split positioning and mounting process method, the anchor pull rod assembly is hoisted in a split mode, the high requirement of overall hoisting for the hoisting capacity of equipment is avoided, and the process method is mainly suitable for the situation that the hoisting capacity of a tower crane is not enough to meet the overall hoisting of the steel-concrete combined section and the anchor pull rod assembly; and the use cost of hoisting equipment is effectively saved.
