According to the scheme, the hydraulic engineering gate comprises a gate base, a base is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the gate base, and the base is located on the side close to an upstream face; the lower gate and the upper gate are used for controlling water flow, the lower gate and the upper gate are both arranged in the gate base in a sliding mode, independent or simultaneous opening of the two gates is achieved through a driving mechanism, and when sludge accumulated at the gates needs to be cleaned, the lower gate is independently controlled to be opened, and the lower gate is controlled to be opened; and the sludge can be scattered and discharged through cooperation of water flow and the impeller assembly.
