Construction method of inclined precast pile inclined strut
The construction method comprises the steps that (1) fender posts and a top beam are constructed, anchoring ribs are pre-buried in the top beam, and inclined anchoring holes are reserved in the top beam; (2) the static pressure pile machine is installed on the top beam through anchoring ribs; (3) the precast pile sinks underground through a static pressure pile machine and forms an inclined strut; (4) a first concrete grouting material is poured between the anchoring pile and the anchoring hole, and after the strength of the first concrete grouting material reaches the first set strength, the static pressure pile machine is dismantled; (5) after construction of all the inclined struts is completed, earthwork is excavated, and an underground structure is constructed; and when the strength of the bottom plate of the underground structure reaches the second set strength or above, the inclined strut located between the top beam and the bottom plate is dismantled. The static pressure pile machine with light self weight is installed on the top beam, counter force is provided by the top beam for construction, the construction cost is reduced, the construction convenience is improved, piles with large inclination can be constructed, and the stability of a foundation pit support is guaranteed.
