The invention relates to the technical field of anti-corrosion floor slab building construction, in particular to a sound insulation anti-corrosion floor slab in a marine environment and a forming preparation method thereof.The sound insulation anti-corrosion floor slab comprises a non-dismantling formwork layer, a floor slab cast-in-place layer and a sound insulation anti-corrosion layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the three layers form the sound insulation anti-corrosion floor slab; the sound insulation anti-corrosion layer comprises a sound insulation anti-corrosion material layer and a fine aggregate concrete layer which are arranged from bottom to top, and the non-dismantling formwork layer adopts a TRE non-dismantling formwork. The TRE non-dismantling formwork does not need to be dismantled subsequently as a pouring bottom die of a floor cast-in-place layer, a sound insulation anti-corrosion layer is arranged above the floor cast-in-place layer, and therefore anti-corrosion layers are formed on the upper side and the lower side of the floor cast-in-place layer, a sound insulation anti-corrosion floor is formed, and the sound insulation and corrosion prevention problems of residential floors in the marine environment are solved.
