The wind-resistant and lightning-proof photovoltaic power station comprises a support arranged at a wellhead of a roof ventilation shaft, a pair of upper rails and a pair of lower rails are horizontally installed on the support, a first upper guide wheel and a second upper guide wheel are connected to the upper rails in a rolling mode, an upper connecting rod is arranged between the first upper guide wheel and the second upper guide wheel, and a lower connecting rod is arranged between the lower guide wheel and the first upper guide wheel. The lower rail is in rolling connection with a lower regulation and control wheel, the lower rail is provided with a descending guide groove matched with the lower regulation and control wheel, the lower regulation and control wheel is further connected with a well mouth closing plate, and one end of the well mouth closing plate is rotationally connected with the lower end of a first supporting rod through a first lower connecting shaft. The upper end of the first supporting rod is rotationally connected with one end of an upper connecting rod through a first upper connecting shaft, the other end of the wellhead sealing plate is rotationally connected with the lower end of a second supporting rod through a second lower connecting shaft, the upper end of the second supporting rod is rotationally connected with the other end of the upper connecting rod through a second upper connecting shaft, and the upper connecting rod is further connected with the mounting frame through a plurality of fixing columns.
