The invention provides a reserved hole accurate positioning mold and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The mold comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, an outer plate, an inner plate, a bolt and a lifting device, the outer plate and the inner plate are respectively connected with the outer sleeve and are correspondingly provided with a plurality of groups of holes, and the center of one group of holes coincides with the axis of the outer sleeve; each group of holes are communicated through an inner sleeve to form a through hole; the bolt penetrates through the inner sleeve; the lifting device is movably arranged on the outer sleeve; the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are both made of round steel pipes. The outer sleeve and the inner sleeve which are made of steel pipes are adopted for hole reserving, the reserved hole position is accurate, and the forming quality is good; meanwhile, mounting and dismounting are convenient, and labor and construction period are saved; all the components are made of common materials, are easy to manufacture and low in machining cost and can be repeatedly used, and the cost is further reduced.
