The invention relates to a construction method for cleaning an underground original building foundation by using an all-casing pile extractor, which comprises the following steps of: detecting and positioning the underground original building foundation to be removed, and burying a pile casing on the ground right above the original building foundation; the all-casing pile extractor is moved to the position close to the pile casing, and the lower end of an all-casing of the all-casing pile extractor corresponds to the pile casing; the all-casing pile extractor is connected with a hydraulic station, and the hydraulic station is used for providing power to drive the all-casing to drill into a soil body below until the set target depth is reached; cutting and removing the original building foundation through a tool bit arranged at the end part of the full sleeve; pulling out the full sleeve, and crushing the taken original building foundation; a hole channel left after the whole casing pipe is pulled out is subjected to filling treatment; and the construction steps are repeated until the original underground building is cleaned.
