The invention provides a floating charging interface structure and an underwater cleaning device, and the structure comprises a first magnetic connection assembly which comprises a charging needle group and a detection needle group; the second magnetic connection assembly comprises a detection control device, a charging seat group corresponding to the charging needle group, a detection seat group corresponding to the detection needle group and a switch assembly, the magnetism of the first magnetic connection assembly is opposite to that of the second magnetic connection assembly, and the detection control device is configured as follows: if the detection needle group is in contact with the detection seat group, the switch assembly is switched on; the charging loop is conducted; if the detection needle group is disconnected from the detection seat group, the switch assembly is disconnected, and the charging loop is disconnected; the first magnetic connecting assembly or the second magnetic connecting assembly is provided with a buoyancy piece, or a shell of the first magnetic connecting assembly or a shell of the second magnetic connecting assembly is a floating shell, so that the first magnetic connecting assembly or the second magnetic connecting assembly can float on the water surface. The beneficial effect of the invention is that arc discharge is reduced by using the contact time difference between the charging needle and the charging seat.
