The invention discloses concrete prepared from waste aggregate after tailings discarding of low-grade vanadium titano-magnetite and a preparation method thereof.The method comprises the steps that coarse crushing, intermediate crushing, fine crushing, pre-magnetic separation, tailings grinding and strong magnetic separation are sequentially conducted on the low-grade vanadium titano-magnetite to obtain the waste aggregate after tailings discarding, and concentrate obtained through pre-magnetic separation and strong magnetic separation is collected; the method comprises the following steps: discarding waste aggregates, performing tailing screening on the discarded waste aggregates, taking waste with the particle size of 0.074-5mm as medium sand in the tailing screening process, taking waste with the particle size of 5mm-30mm as broken stone, and transporting the medium sand and the broken stone to a concrete mixing plant for concrete manufacturing. According to the invention, the concrete is produced by using the waste aggregate after the tailings of the low-grade vanadium titano-magnetite are discarded, and natural gravel aggregate can be replaced by the waste aggregate broken stone and medium sand, so that the accumulation and treatment of the waste aggregate after the tailings of the low-grade vanadium titano-magnetite are discarded are reduced, and the properties of the prepared concrete are improved.
