Self-compacting quick-setting dry-mixed mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses self-compacting quick-setting dry-mixed mortar and a preparation method thereof. The dry-mixed mortar is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of cement, 200-400 parts of quartz sand, 1-2 parts of a modified water reducing agent, 0.5-1.0 part of a defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1-5 parts of a viscosity adjusting component, 0.1-0.3 part of PP fiber, 15-30 parts of a boric sludge admixture and 1-5 parts of an accelerator. Wherein molecules of the modified water reducing agent contain naphthalene ring branched chains, and the defoaming agent is a polyether modified silicon compound. The prepared dry-mixed mortar can greatly reduce the sensitivity of the dry-mixed mortar to the fluctuation of the water content of raw materials, remarkably reduce the shrinkage rate of concrete and improve the compressive strength of concrete or cement base materials, and is suitable for the fields of bridges, roads, civil buildings and repair and reinforcement.
本发明公开了一种自密实速凝干粉砂浆及其制备方法,所述干粉砂浆由以下组分按重量份数计混合制成:水泥100~150份、石英砂200~400份、改性减水剂1~2份、消泡剂0.5~1.0份、可再分散乳胶粉1~3份、黏度调节组分1~5份、PP纤维0.1~0.3份、硼泥掺合料15~30份、速凝剂1~5份。其中所述改性减水剂分子含有萘环支链,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅类化合物。本发明制备的干粉砂浆可大幅度降低自身对原材料含水率波动的敏感性,显著降低混凝土的收缩率,提高混凝土或水泥基材的抗压强度,适用于桥梁、道路、民用建筑及修补加固领域。
