The invention relates to a long-term high-temperature-resistant insulating castable and a preparation method and application thereof, and the insulating castable comprises 50-100 parts of a solvent, 5-15 parts of acrylic resin, 5-20 parts of aluminum oxide, 20-70 parts of silicon dioxide, 20-80 parts of silicon carbide, 5-10 parts of calcium oxide, 1-5 parts of sodium oxide and 15-20 parts of potassium oxide. The cured product prepared by compounding the acrylic resin, the filler, the auxiliary agent and the solvent according to a specific amount has excellent high-temperature resistance and insulating property, and can meet the requirement of keeping the insulating property stable under a high-temperature condition.
