The invention discloses a method for repairing a coring pit of an asphalt pavement. The method comprises the following steps: selecting the coring pit, completely adsorbing water by using sponge, then measuring the depth of the pit in four cross-shaped symmetrical directions by using a ruler, taking an average value h, measuring the diameter d of the pit, and calculating an asphalt mixture m required by the pit according to a specified compaction degree; the periphery and the bottom of the pit are coated with quick-breaking PCR modified emulsified asphalt, the modified emulsified asphalt is demulsified, and the color is changed from brown to black; the method comprises the following steps: weighing a required asphalt mixture, properly and uniformly stirring with a small shovel, filling a first layer, inserting and tamping along the periphery for a plurality of times with a screwdriver, inserting and tamping in the middle for a plurality of times, and leveling the surface of the mixture after inserting and tamping; the electric compaction hammer is used for repairing the coring pits, compared with manual pavement pit repairing, the electric compaction hammer has the advantages of being efficient in work, light, convenient to use, accurate in mixture metering, compact in backfilling, good in water sealing effect and the like, early-stage diseases at the pits can be effectively reduced, the service life of a road is prolonged, and the durability of an asphalt pavement is improved.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面取芯坑洞的修补方法,包括如下步骤:选定取芯坑洞,用海绵将水吸附干净,然后直尺测量十字对称四个方向的洞深,取平均值h,测量洞的直径d,按规定压实度计算该坑洞所需的沥青混合料m;坑洞四周、底部涂抹快裂PCR改性乳化沥青,待改性乳化沥青破乳,颜色由褐色变成黑色;称取所需的沥青混合料,用小铲适当拌匀,填筑第一层,用螺丝刀沿周边插捣若干次,中间插捣若干次,插捣后将混合料表面整平;通过电动击实锤对取芯坑洞进行修补,相比人工修补路面坑洞具有工作高效、轻便,混合料精准计量、回填密实、封水效果好等优点,能够有效减少坑洞处的早期病害,延长道路使用寿命,提高沥青路面耐久性。
