The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and provides a construction method of a precast pile foundation and the precast pile foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps that an assembled precast pile is settled to a target position; the connecting base is installed at the top end of the precast pile; the low-rigidity material layer is laid in a cavity defined by the connecting base and the top end of the precast pile; and the cushion layer is poured on the periphery of the connecting base, and the foundation is poured on the cushion layer. The low-rigidity material layer in the adopted precast pile foundation can effectively prevent the foundation located above the cushion layer from making direct contact with the top ends of the precast piles, the precast pile foundation which is located below the skirt room area and does not resist pressure is utilized, and the uniform settlement amplitude of the high-rise building area and the skirt room area between the wet season and the dry season is reduced; accordingly, the stability of the foundation of the skirt room area is guaranteed, and the safety of the skirt room area is improved.
