A hole diameter adjusting limiting plate is arranged at the position, at the lower end of the sleeve hole, of the main frame, a plurality of turn buckles are arranged at the upper end of the main frame around the axis of the sleeve hole in a circumferential array mode, one end of each turn buckle is rotationally connected with the main frame, and the other end of each turn buckle is provided with a connector connected with the outer circumferential face of the upper end of the movable sleeve. The problems that in the traditional construction process, due to the fact that the perpendicularity of a whole formed by the movable sleeve and the main frame needs to be adjusted, the number of construction procedures is large, and the manufacturing cost is high are solved.
