Recombinant bamboo board shock insulation support and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a recombined bamboo board shock insulation support and a manufacturing method thereof.The shock insulation support is provided with at least one layer of recombined bamboo boards, each recombined bamboo board comprises an annular bamboo ring and a rubber ring which are alternately and annularly nested from the inner layer to the outer layer, and the rift grain direction of each annular bamboo ring is consistent with the annular direction of the annular bamboo ring; and the annular bamboo ring and the rubber ring are embedded and then are connected into a whole through heat vulcanization of the annular end surface. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that bamboo is selected, a plane bamboo plate is manufactured and formed, then the plane bamboo plate is cut to form a bamboo plate with the needed length and width, the two ends of the bamboo plate are planed to form the mortise and tenon joint parts, after high-temperature saturated steam softening treatment, the bamboo plate is put into a cylindrical mold, and after drying treatment, the needed annular bamboo ring is formed. And finally, the annular bamboo rings and the rubber rings are sequentially and alternately nested from small diameters to large diameters to form recombined bamboo plates, finally, the recombined bamboo plates and the rubber layers are sequentially stacked up and down and are connected into a whole through heat vulcanization, and the shock absorption and isolation support is manufactured. The shock isolation support has good supporting stability and shock isolation performance.
