The invention discloses a construction method for an existing building outer frame bearing column reinforcing system, which comprises the following steps: drilling holes in the periphery of an outer frame bearing column of an existing building, lowering a reinforcement cage in the drilled holes, and pouring concrete to form a cast-in-place pile; after the cast-in-place pile is formed, earthwork around the cast-in-place pile is excavated, and the upper portion of the cast-in-place pile is exposed out of the construction face; the exposed part of the cast-in-place pile is broken, so that a reinforcement cage of the cast-in-place pile is exposed; a concrete cushion layer is poured, and the contact surface of the bearing platform and the outer frame bearing column is cleaned and scabbled; reinforcing steel bars of the foundation beam and the bearing platform are bound, so that the foundation beam, the bearing platform and the outer frame bearing column are connected into a whole; formworks of a foundation beam and a bearing platform are erected, and the foundation beam and the bearing platform are poured through concrete; earthwork is excavated for the second time, so that the bottoms of the bearing columns of the outer frame are exposed; and the surfaces of the cast-in-place piles are cleaned, steel sleeves are installed on the peripheral sides, and the supporting pieces are welded to the steel sleeves of the adjacent cast-in-place piles in a crossed mode.
