Comprising the following construction steps that S1, one end, located in a brick wall, of a prefabricated slab is chiseled away, and a mounting cavity is formed; s2, an I-shaped steel structure is placed in the mounting cavity to support the brick wall; s3, the prefabricated slab with the end chiseled away is disassembled through a prefabricated slab disassembling device; s4, the steps S1 to S3 are repeated, and all the prefabricated slabs in the brick wall are dismantled; s5, a cast-in-place steel bar frame and a cast-in-place formwork are erected on the I-shaped steel S6, concrete pouring of a cast-in-place slab is conducted in the erected cast-in-place formwork; and S7, the cast-in-place formwork is dismantled, and a cast-in-place slab formed through pouring is maintained. According to the technical scheme, the construction efficiency of replacing prefabricated slabs of old houses with cast-in-place slabs in the prior art is improved.
