The method comprises the steps that when it is detected that the vehicle door of a vehicle is frozen, a door lock motor on the vehicle door is driven; when it is detected that the door lock motor is in the locked-rotor state within the first set time, a supporting rod motor located on a vehicle door of the vehicle is started; closing the door lock motor after a second set time; and when it is detected that the stay bar motor is in the locked-rotor state within the third set time, the stay bar motor is closed, and the step of driving the door lock motor on the vehicle door and the follow-up steps are executed again till the vehicle door is opened. Compared with the prior art that the door lock motor is simply controlled to continuously rotate reversely, the method provided by the invention can control the door lock to circularly work through the door lock motor and control the stay bar to circularly work through the stay bar motor, so that the purposes of circularly breaking ice on the vehicle door and then opening the vehicle door are achieved, and the opening success rate of the vehicle door is improved.
