The preparation method comprises the steps that a first nylon clamping piece and a second nylon clamping piece are prepared; the first nylon clamping piece comprises a first vertical plate, a first transverse plate is arranged at the top of the first vertical plate, an upper cavity is defined by the first vertical plate and the first transverse plate, the second nylon clamping piece comprises a second vertical plate, a second transverse plate is arranged at the bottom end of the second vertical plate, a lower cavity is defined by the second transverse plate and the second vertical plate, and the upper cavity and the lower cavity are filled with the upper end and the lower end of the polyurethane core material respectively; the first nylon clamping piece and the second nylon clamping piece are put into a mold, polyurethane is poured, and after curing forming, the polyurethane heat preservation and heat insulation sealing piece is obtained; according to the preparation method of the polyurethane heat-preservation and heat-insulation sealing element, the polyurethane heat-preservation and heat-insulation sealing element is obtained, a gap between a fixed frame profile and glass is filled with the polyurethane heat-preservation and heat-insulation sealing element, the heat-preservation and waterproof effects are achieved, the heat transfer coefficient of a whole window is not affected, and it is guaranteed that the heat transfer coefficient (UF value) of a window frame body is smaller than 0.7 W/m < 2 > K.
