Method for culturing blue-green algae crust by using corn straw
The invention provides a method for culturing blue-green algae crust by using corn straws. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly spreading artificial cyanobacteria crust inoculant fragments on a sand surface, laying a corn straw curtain on the sand surface on which the fragments are spread, and carrying out cyanobacteria crust culture. According to the method, the corn straw curtain is adopted for assisting blue-green algae crust culture, so that the coverage, thickness, chlorophyll content and polysaccharide content of the blue-green algae crust can be remarkably improved; further, it is found that the coverage degree and the laying mode of the corn straw curtain have influences on the indexes, and therefore the method with the excellent comprehensive improvement performance on the coverage degree, the thickness, the chlorophyll content and the polysaccharide content of the blue-green algae crust is obtained by adjusting the coverage degree and the laying mode of the straw curtain, and the method is of great significance to improvement of the desertification land treatment efficiency of the artificial blue-green algae crust.
本发明提供一种使用玉米秸秆培养蓝藻结皮的方法。所述方法包括:将人工蓝藻结皮接种体碎片均匀播撒在沙面上,并在播撒有碎片的沙面上铺设玉米秸秆帘,进行蓝藻结皮培养。本发明采用玉米秸秆帘辅助蓝藻结皮培养,能够显著提高蓝藻结皮的盖度、厚度、叶绿素含量和多糖含量;进一步发现玉米秸秆帘的覆盖度和铺设方式对上述指标具有影响,因此通过调整秸秆帘的覆盖度和铺设方式得到了对蓝藻结皮盖度、厚度、叶绿素和多糖含量综合改善性能较优的方法,对提高人工蓝藻结皮治理沙化土地效率意义重大。
