The invention provides an underground reloading system of a bogie, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit vehicle application and maintenance. The underground reloading system of the bogie comprises a foundation pit unit used for providing an underground operation space; the portal frame unit is mounted on the foundation pit unit and used for lifting and putting down the train; the movable track bridge unit is installed on the foundation pit unit, located in the middle of the portal frame and used for bearing and transferring the bogie; and the movable lift truck unit is used for moving and lifting the movable track bridge unit. Underground operation space is provided through the foundation pit unit, the portal frame unit is arranged on the foundation pit unit, train carriages needing to be replaced can be independently lifted, the whole motor train unit does not need to be erected, and manpower and material resources are saved while the operation efficiency is improved. The movable track bridge unit can bear and transfer the bogie, and the movable track bridge unit is descended to the underground to be transferred and replaced by moving the lift truck unit.
