The invention discloses a high-strength underground guniting material and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength underground guniting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-36 parts of cement, 50-70 parts of coal gangue machine-made sand, 25-36 parts of coal gangue fragments, 5-10 parts of calcined bauxite, 3-6 parts of attapulgite powder, 1-2 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent and 0.5-2 parts of a tackifier. According to the invention, by selecting the raw materials and dosage, the raw materials are fully and uniformly mixed under the action of water, and a series of reactions are carried out, so that the prepared guniting material has excellent viscosity and compactness, and further the guniting material has excellent mechanical properties and relatively low rebound resilience; besides, the guniting material mainly takes the coal gangue as a raw material, resource utilization of the coal gangue is realized, and the mechanical property of the prepared guniting material is remarkably improved by further limiting the particle size of the coal gangue.
本发明公开了一种高强度井下喷浆料及其制备方法,所述高强度井下喷浆料包括如下重量份原料:水泥28~36份、煤矸石机制砂50~70份、煤矸石碎块25~36份、煅烧铝矾土5~10份、凹凸棒粉3~6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1~2份、减水剂0.5~1份和增粘剂0.5~2份;本发明通过各原料和用量的选定,各原料在水的作用下充分混匀,经过一系列反应,使得制备得到的喷浆料具有优异的粘性和密实性,进而使得喷浆料具有优异的力学性能和较低的回弹性;此外,本发明喷浆料主要以煤矸石作为原料,实现了煤矸石的资源利用,并通过对煤矸石粒径的进一步限定,显著提高了制备喷浆料的力学性能。
