The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic tile preparation, and particularly relates to a wear-resistant anti-skid ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The wear-resistant anti-skid ceramic tile consists of a green body layer, a ground glaze layer and a cover glaze layer, wherein the cover glaze layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8 to 10 parts of calcined kaolin, 2.9 to 3.5 parts of cordierite, 4.6 to 5.3 parts of spodumene, 2.3 to 3.2 parts of nepheline, 1.7 to 1.9 parts of magnesite, 2.1 to 2.3 parts of zirconium silicate, 1.7 to 1.9 parts of titanium carbide and 5 to 6.5 parts of fused alumina. According to the wear-resistant and skid-resistant ceramic tile, the green body layer, the ground glaze layer and the cover glaze layer have a synergistic effect, so that the wear resistance and skid resistance of the prepared ceramic tile are ensured. Wherein zirconium silicate, titanium carbide and fused corundum are additionally added into the cover glaze layer to enhance the skid resistance and wear resistance of the cover glaze layer. According to the preparation method of the wear-resistant and anti-slip ceramic tile, operation conditions are easy to control, and industrial production is easy to realize.
