Drying, curing, calcining, grinding and screening the oxide sol to prepare ceramic powder with different particle sizes, and uniformly mixing the nanoscale sol, a dispersing agent and an organic solvent to prepare a premixed precursor solvent; adding the powder into a premixed precursor solvent, adding a thickening agent and a stabilizing agent, and stirring to obtain a ceramic suspension; dropwise adding deionized water, adding a pH regulator, and stirring; and dipping the fiber preform in the prepreg slurry, taking out the fiber preform, and performing hot-pressing and semi-curing treatment to obtain the oxide ceramic-based composite prepreg. The preparation method is simple in operation process, short in preparation period, high in prepreg slurry purity, high in solid content, good in uniformity and stability and good in wettability with fibers, gel semi-curing reversible reaction can be carried out, and the prepared prepreg is long in storage period, beneficial to transportation, convenient to shear and capable of preparing the oxide ceramic-based composite material through one-time forming.
本发明属于高温结构材料领域,涉及一种氧化物陶瓷基复合材料预浸料的制备方法。将氧化物溶胶干燥固化,煅烧研磨筛选制得不同粒径的陶瓷粉体,将纳米级溶胶、分散剂和有机溶剂混合均匀,制得预混前驱体溶剂;将粉体加入预混前驱体溶剂,加入增稠剂和稳定剂下搅拌,得到陶瓷悬浮液;滴加去离子水,加入PH调节剂搅拌;将纤维预制体浸渍于预浸浆料中,取出热压半固化处理,得到氧化物陶瓷基复合材料预浸料。本发明操作过程简单,制备周期短,预浸料浆料纯度高,固含量高,均匀性和稳定性好,与纤维有较好的浸润性,可以进行凝胶半固化可逆反应,制得的预浸料储存周期长,利于运输,剪切方便,可一次成型制备氧化物陶瓷基复合材料。
