Anti-seepage U-shaped steel sheet pile
The invention provides an anti-seepage U-shaped steel sheet pile which comprises a U-shaped main body, J-shaped lock catches and expansion type sealing rubber strips, the J-shaped lock catches are integrally connected to the edges of the two sides of the U-shaped main body, each J-shaped lock catch comprises a bent part bent outwards and a triangular end part, and an inner space is defined by the bent part and the triangular end part; a groove is formed in the inner surface of the bent part, and the sealing rubber strip is embedded in the groove; the triangular end parts are provided with chamfers and inclined planes which are folded towards the inner spaces, and the triangular end parts are accommodated in the inner spaces of the adjacent J-shaped lock catches in a matched manner, so that the U-shaped steel sheet piles are connected with one another. According to the technical scheme, the U-shaped steel sheet piles are hammered into an impervious layer in a soil body through a hammering method, all the steel sheet piles are meshed together through the J-shaped lock catches to form a closed ring, and the sealing rubber strips seal the J-shaped lock catches through expansion pressure after absorbing water and expanding, so that a good anti-seepage effect on a polluted site is achieved.
本发明提供了一种防渗U形钢板桩,包括U形主体、一体连接在U形主体两侧边缘的J形锁扣以及膨胀型密封橡胶条,J形锁扣包括向外弯曲的弯折部和三角端部,弯折部和三角端部围成一内部空间;弯折部的内表面设有凹槽,密封橡胶条安嵌在凹槽内;三角端部设有倒角以及向内部空间收拢的斜面,三角端部被契合地容纳在相邻的J形锁扣的内部空间中从而U形钢板桩彼此相连。本技术方案中,U形钢板桩通过锤击法击入到土体里的不透水层中,每一幅钢板桩通过J形锁扣咬合在一起形成闭环,并且密封橡胶条吸水膨胀后通过膨胀压力来密封J形锁扣从而对污染场地起到了很好的防渗效果。
