A supporting and reinforcing device of a deep foundation pit and a protection structure comprise supporting columns matched with the depth of the foundation pit, each supporting column is composed of a vertical pile and at least one extension column, the adjacent vertical piles and extension columns are connected in a coaxial insertion mode, and the insertion protection structure which is arranged at the four corners of the foundation pit in a rectangular mode is formed between the supporting columns and the vertical piles and between the extension columns. A bottom supporting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the reinforcing area, the bottoms of the four protective structures of each layer are connected, a first reinforcing mechanism is installed above the bottoms of the four protective structures of each layer, the back faces of the protective structures are supported, the adjacent bottom supporting mechanisms and second reinforcing mechanisms are connected, included angle connection of the supporting structures is enhanced, and primary reinforcing is achieved; the first reinforcing mechanism supports outwards from the center, secondary reinforcing is achieved, and the overall supporting performance and the reinforcing effect of the deep foundation pit are improved.
