The invention provides a photovoltaic support foundation prestressed pipe pile anti-pulling detection test device, system and method, and relates to the technical field of anti-pulling tests, the device comprises a fixing assembly, a connecting assembly, a counterforce assembly and a force application assembly; one end of the connecting assembly is connected with the fixing assembly, and the other end is connected with the counter-force assembly; the fixing assembly is used for being fixedly connected with a to-be-tested tubular pile; the counter-force assembly comprises a first fixing plate fixed to the connecting assembly and a loading plate arranged on the connecting assembly in a sleeving mode, and the loading plate is arranged on the lower portion of the first fixing plate.
