The invention provides a double-curved-surface plate curtain wall which comprises a plate assembly, a plate adapter, a keel adapter and a main keel, the plate assembly, the plate adapter, the keel adapter and the main keel are sequentially connected, and the main keel comprises a middle arc top plate and side plates located at the two ends of the arc top plate; a round base corner connector is arranged at the end, close to the main keel, of the first adjusting plate, and the radian of the round base corner connector is matched with the radian of the arc top plate. The end, close to the plate adapter, of the second adjusting plate is provided with an inserting piece, and the inserting piece is inserted into the plate adapter. According to the curved curtain wall panel, the main body keel and the plate assembly are connected through the keel adapter and the plate adapter, and the technical problems that an existing curved curtain wall panel is tedious in construction and installation, the panel installation precision is not high, and consequently the high-quality appearance requirement cannot be met are solved.
