The self-adhesive waterproof coiled material paver comprises a vehicle body, the asphalt spraying device comprises an asphalt storage tank, a spraying piece and a first driving piece for controlling the spraying piece to move up and down; and a coiled material paving device; when the coiled material is paved, emulsified asphalt stored in the asphalt storage tank is sprayed on a surface needing to be waterproof through a spray head of the asphalt spraying device, then the coiled material is paved on the sprayed asphalt surface through the coiled material paving device, and the coiled material is firmly paved on the surface needing to be waterproof through the coiled material rolling wheel. In the asphalt spraying process, the height of the spraying piece is adjusted through the arranged first driving piece, and then the height from the spraying head to the ground is adjusted, so that the effect of adjusting the asphalt spraying thickness and the spraying area is achieved. The coiled material laying device has the advantages that the coiled material laying effect is improved, and then the waterproof effect after coiled material laying is improved.
