The building construction discharging platform mechanism with the protection function comprises a main beam, the tail end of the main beam is fixed to a building, a sliding block is slidably connected to the interior of the main beam, a discharging table is fixedly connected to the upper side of the sliding block, two sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the discharging table, a motor base is fixedly connected to the end of the main beam, and the motor base is fixedly connected to the bottom of the main beam. The outer side of the motor base is fixedly connected with a motor, the power output end of the motor is in transmission connection with a lead screw, and the lead screw is in threaded connection with the sliding block. The discharging table has the advantages that the supporting plate and the main beam are used for supporting the discharging table, and if the load borne by the discharging table exceeds the safety range, the discharging table retracts to reduce the force arm and the torque; and the supporting plates and the main beams are firmly combined through the connecting plates, so that when a building shakes, the extending distance of the discharging platform is shortened, the torque borne by the discharging platform is reduced, meanwhile, transverse pressure is resisted, and the discharging platform is prevented from falling.
