The roadside three-dimensional parking device comprises symmetrically arranged bottom plates, a lifting mechanism and an adjusting mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the adjusting mechanism are arranged to connect stand columns symmetrically arranged on the two sides, an adjusting rod is fixedly connected to the end face of a second frame, an adjusting rod frame is fixedly connected to a first frame, and an adjusting rod groove is formed in the adjusting rod frame; the adjusting rod is movably arranged in the adjusting rod groove in a sleeved mode, the first lifting plate and the second lifting plate are arranged in a staggered mode, the length of the lifting mechanism can be adjusted in cooperation with the adjusting mechanism with the adjustable length, and therefore the lifting mechanism can be specifically adjusted according to the size of the parking lot. When a parking lot is enough, the lifting mechanism can be adjusted to the size of a standard household car, and the car can directly lift up the lifting mechanism from the position between the first frame side or the second frame side, so that the car can be conveniently parked on the lifting mechanism. The stability and the loading capacity of the device can be further improved through the outer frame plate arranged on the adjusting rod frame in a sleeving mode.
