The invention discloses a car roof tent mounting device which comprises a lower rotating disc assembly fixedly connected with a car roof luggage rack and communicated with a car roof skylight, an upper rotating disc communicated with the lower rotating disc assembly and rotationally connected with the lower rotating disc assembly, and a storage device arranged on the upper rotating disc. The storage device comprises a base used for mounting a tent, a left cover plate and a right cover plate, the base is rotationally connected with the lower rotating disc assembly, a flow guide assembly detachably connected with the left cover plate is arranged on one side of the lower rotating disc assembly, and a rear side plate detachably connected with the left cover plate is arranged on the other side of the lower rotating disc assembly. The upper rotating disc is rotationally arranged, so that the mounted tent is conveniently and synchronously driven, the lower rotating disc is communicated, people can directly move between the interior of a vehicle and the tent conveniently, certain use privacy can be guaranteed, and an air conditioner air outlet can be communicated to adjust the temperature in the tent; and a flow guide assembly and a rear side plate are arranged, so that the left cover plate is conveniently fixed and limited, and the storage device is synchronously fixed and limited.
