The one-way locking anti-falling device comprises a pole climbing ladder stand and a one-way locking anti-falling mechanism, wherein the pole climbing ladder stand comprises a steel pipe pole fixed on an electric power pole tower. The one-way locking anti-falling mechanism comprises a guide rail parallel to the steel pipe pole and fixed on the steel pipe pole; the lower sliding seat and the upper sliding seat slide along the guide rail, and the upper sliding seat and the lower sliding seat are directly connected through a connecting piece; the lower swing arm is rotationally arranged on the lower sliding seat through a lower shaft rod, and a lower hanging ring for hanging a safety belt is arranged on the lower swing arm; the locking element is rotationally arranged on the upper sliding seat through an upper shaft rod, and an upper hanging ring for hanging a safety belt is arranged on the locking element; the lower end of the connecting rod is hinged to the lower swing arm, and the upper end of the connecting rod is hinged to the locking element.
