Method and system for coupling coal gangue calcination and cement production

The method comprises the steps that heated coal gangue powder is ignited through a part of hot air separated from a tertiary air pipe and heated air obtained after air blasting and is heated and combusted in a suspended mode, and a high-temperature mixture is obtained; separating the high-temperature mixture to obtain high-temperature calcined coal gangue and high-temperature calcined flue gas; the normal-temperature coal gangue powder is heated through the high-temperature calcination flue gas to obtain heated coal gangue powder, and the heated coal gangue powder is cooled to obtain cooled calcination flue gas; inputting the cooled calcining flue gas into an airflow inlet of a suspension preheater of a cement kiln tail system, wherein the pressure of the cooled calcining flue gas is equal to that of a cooled calcining flue gas output part; heating and cooling the cement raw material step by step; purifying and discharging the cement raw material; the normal-temperature air is heated through the high-temperature calcined coal gangue to obtain heated air, and the heated air is cooled to obtain the low-temperature calcined coal gangue. The coal gangue can be ignited, combustion of the coal gangue can be maintained, and energy released after combustion of the coal gangue powder is utilized.
