Zirconia composition, zirconia pre-sintered body, zirconia sintered body, and method for producing same
Provided are: a zirconia composition which exhibits excellent translucency of a sintered body and is capable of suppressing opalescence of the sintered body; a zirconia pre-sintered body and a zirconia sintered body which use the zirconia composition; and a production method whereby the zirconia pre-sintered body and the zirconia sintered body can be easily produced. The present invention relates to a zirconia composition comprising zirconia particles and stabilizer particles capable of suppressing phase change of zirconia, the average particle diameter (r1) of the zirconia being 1-60 nm, the average particle diameter (r2) of the stabilizer being 1-60 nm, and the half-width of the peak derived from the stabilizer in a powder X-ray diffraction pattern by CuK [alpha] rays being 0.05-1.0 DEG. By using this zirconia composition, the regularity of the structure of a zirconia sintered body can be reduced, wavelength-selective reflection and/or transmission can be suppressed, and opalescence can be suppressed, and thus a zirconia sintered body having excellent translucency of the sintered body and low opalescence can be obtained.
本发明提供烧结体的透光性优异且可抑制烧结体的乳光性的氧化锆组合物、使用了该组合物的氧化锆预烧体、氧化锆烧结体以及能够简便地制造它们的制造方法。本发明涉及氧化锆组合物,其包含氧化锆颗粒和能够抑制氧化锆的相变的稳定剂颗粒,前述氧化锆的平均粒径(r1)为1~60nm,且前述稳定剂的平均粒径(r2)为1~60nm,基于CuKα射线的粉末X射线衍射图案中的源自前述稳定剂的峰的半峰宽为0.05°~1.0°。通过使用该氧化锆组合物,可以降低氧化锆烧结体的结构的规律性,抑制波长选择性的反射和/或透射,抑制乳光性,因此可得到烧结体的透光性优异且具有低乳光性的氧化锆烧结体。
