Injection molding water degreasing feed and application thereof in ceramic chopper
The invention belongs to the field of ceramic injection molding preparation, and particularly relates to an injection molding water-degreased feed and application thereof in a ceramic chopper. The feed comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 84%-87% of zirconia toughened alumina powder, 8.19%-10.8% of polyethylene glycol, 1.3%-1.6% of polypropylene, 0.13%-0.16% of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 2.6%-3.2% of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and 0.78%-0.96% of stearic acid. Compared with the prior art, the method has the technical advantages that (1) a water degreasing system is adopted, and the used solvent is water, so that the method is nontoxic, harmless and environment-friendly; and 2) chromium ions are injected into the surface layer of the ZTA ceramic material, and secondary sintering treatment is carried out, so that the chromium ions exist in the form of chromium oxide, and the chromium oxide can smoothen defects in the crystal structure of the ZTA ceramic and reduce the reaction between the ZTA ceramic and other substances, thereby improving the wear resistance of the ZTA ceramic material. Due to the characteristics of ion implantation, the thickness and distribution of chromic oxide on the surface layer of the ZTA ceramic material are more uniform, so that the consistency between different ZTA ceramic chopper products is better.
本发明属于陶瓷注射成型制备领域,具体一种注射成型水脱脂喂料及其在陶瓷劈刀中的应用。该喂料按质量分数计,包括:氧化锆增韧氧化铝粉84%~87%、聚乙二醇8.19%~10.8%、聚丙烯1.3%~1.6%、EVA 0.13%~0.16%、HDPE 2.6%~3.2%、硬脂酸0.78%~0.96%。与现有技术相比,本发明的技术优点在于:1)本发明采用水脱脂体系,使用的溶剂是水,无毒无害环保;2)本发明将铬离子注入到ZTA陶瓷材料表层,同时再进行二次烧结处理,将铬离子形成以氧化铬的形式存在,氧化铬可以顺化ZTA陶瓷晶体结构中的缺陷,同时减少ZTA陶瓷与其它物质之间的反应,从而提高ZTA陶瓷材料的耐磨性。由于离子注入的特性,ZTA陶瓷材料表层的氧化铬的厚度和分布更均匀,使得不同ZTA陶瓷劈刀产品之间的一致性更好。
