The preparation method comprises the steps of pug mixing, material covering, forming, drying, nitriding, coating and dip baking. The aluminum-zirconium-carbon sliding plate brick can be used for a converter, a steel ladle and a tundish, and has the advantages that the adverse effect on the use frequency of the sliding plate brick is reduced, the service life of a sliding plate is prolonged, and the quality of molten steel is improved.
