The invention discloses application of a variable-density carbon fiber needled preform in preparation of a carbon-carbon composite material, the variable-density carbon fiber needled preform comprises at least three carbon fiber needled layers, and each carbon fiber needled layer comprises a carbon fiber needled edge layer and a carbon fiber needled middle layer; the carbon fiber needling side layer is internally provided with a first gram weight unit which is circularly laid, and the carbon fiber needling middle layer is internally provided with a second gram weight unit which is circularly laid; each of the first gram weight unit and the second gram weight unit is composed of a net tire and carbon cloth, and the gram weight of the net tire is 40-200 gsm. In the vapor deposition densification process of the prepared carbon fiber needled preform, holes in the surface of a product are not prone to being blocked by carbon deposition, the densities of different parts of the product are uniform, the densification rate is effectively increased, and the densification frequency is reduced.
本发明公开了变密度碳纤维针刺预制体在制备碳碳复合材料中的用途,包括:具有至少3层的碳纤维针刺层,碳纤维针刺层包括碳纤维针刺边层和碳纤维针刺中间层;碳纤维针刺边层中具有循环铺层的第一克重单元,碳纤维针刺中间层中具有循环铺层的第二克重单元;第一克重单元和第二克重单元均由网胎和碳布构成,网胎克重为40‑200gsm。本发明制备得到碳纤维针刺预制体在气相沉积增密过程中,产品表面不易被积碳堵塞孔洞,使产品不同部位密度较为均匀,有效提高增密速率,减少增密次数。
