SiC/HfB2-SiC double-phase inlaid coating as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a SiC/HfB2-SiC two-phase inlaid coating and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that HfO2 and B4C mixed powder is added into a polyvinyl butyral alcohol solution and stirred, and slurry is obtained; uniformly coating the slurry on the surface of the SiC coating by adopting a brushing process, drying, standing and pre-curing to obtain an HfO2-B4C pre-coating; performing high-temperature heat treatment on the HfO2-B4C pre-coating layer to form a porous framework layer containing HfB2; and infiltrating SiC into the porous skeleton layer through a low-temperature chemical vapor infiltration process to obtain the SiC/HfB2-SiC dual-phase inlaid coating. The HfB2-containing porous framework layer is prepared by one step through a carbon-boron thermal reduction reaction, pores are uniform in size and distribution and are through holes, so that permeation of SiC is smooth, and the phenomena that SiC crusts on the surface and a coating is not compact due to nonuniform pores are avoided.
本发明公开了一种SiC/HfB2‑SiC双相镶嵌涂层及其制备方法与应用,包括:将HfO2和B4C混合粉末加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酒精溶液中,搅拌,得到料浆;采用涂刷工艺将料浆均匀涂覆在SiC涂层表面,干燥,静置预固化,得到HfO2‑B4C预涂层;对HfO2‑B4C预涂层进行高温热处理,形成含HfB2的多孔骨架层;通过低温化学气相渗透工艺向多孔骨架层中渗入SiC,得到SiC/HfB2‑SiC双相镶嵌涂层。本发明中含HfB2的多孔骨架层是通过碳‑硼热还原反应一步制得,孔隙的大小、分布较为均匀且为通孔,因此SiC的渗入较为顺利,避免了因孔隙不均匀而导致SiC在表面结壳和涂层不致密的现象产生。
