The invention belongs to the technical field of cement additives, and particularly relates to a high-temperature delayed tackifying anti-settling agent and a preparation method and application thereof.The anti-settling agent is prepared from, by mass, 1.5%-5% of tannin, 10%-31% of first vinyl monomer, 2%-10% of second vinyl monomer, 0.1%-2% of first cross-linking agent, 1%-5% of second cross-linking agent and 60%-70% of auxiliaries, the auxiliaries are an emulsifier, an initiator, a poising agent, mineral oil and water; the first vinyl monomer comprises N, N-dimethylacrylamide, and further comprises any one or two of N-isopropylacrylamide, N-acryloyl morpholine, dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl-sodium propanesulfonate; the second vinyl monomer comprises one or two of N-isopropylacrylamide, N-acryloyl morpholine, dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl-sodium propanesulfonate; the second vinyl monomer is dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate. According to the invention, tannin is used as a trunk and is grafted with a vinyl monomer, and a crosslinking technology is utilized to form an ultrahigh-temperature-resistant natural modified macromolecule, so that an effect of increasing the viscosity of the slurry is achieved under high-temperature and alkaline conditions, and meanwhile, adverse effects on the low-temperature rheology of the cement slurry are avoided.
本发明属于水泥添加剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种高温延迟增粘防沉降剂、制备方法及应用,防沉降剂按照质量分数计包括单宁1.5~5%、第一乙烯基单体10~31%、第二乙烯基单体2~10%、第一交联剂0.1~2%、第二交联剂1~5%、助剂60~70%,助剂为乳化剂、引发剂、平衡剂、矿物油和水;第一乙烯基单体包括NN‑二甲基丙烯酰胺,还包括N‑异丙基丙烯酰胺、N‑丙烯酰吗啉、二甲氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺、2‑丙烯酰氨‑2‑甲基‑丙磺酸钠中的任意一种或两种;第二乙烯基单体为甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯。本发明以单宁为主干,接枝乙烯基单体,利用交联技术,形成具有耐超高温的天然改性大分子,在高温及碱性条件下,具有增加浆体粘度的效果,同时不会对水泥浆低温流变学产生不利影响。
