The invention discloses a preparation method of hollow porous ceramic fiber aerogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed solution with spinnability; and performing electrostatic spinning on the spinnable solution through a coaxial electrostatic spinning device, and collecting the spinnable solution. And dipping and drying the collected product to obtain the hollow porous fiber aerogel. And sintering the aerogel at high temperature to obtain a ceramic fiber aerogel product. Compact round holes and a small part of spindle holes in the surface of the prepared hollow porous fiber are beneficial for improving the shrinkage resistance and heat insulation performance of ceramic fiber aerogel, and the defect that traditional ceramic fiber aerogel is poor in strength is effectively overcome. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient in preparation process, low in production cost and wide in application scene.
本发明公开了一种中空多孔陶瓷纤维气凝胶的制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:制备具有可纺性的混合溶液。通过同轴静电纺丝装置将可纺溶液进行静电纺丝并收集。将收集产物经过浸渍、干燥工艺后得到中空多孔纤维气凝胶。将气凝胶高温烧结后制得陶瓷纤维气凝胶产物。本发明制备的中空多孔纤维表面存在的致密圆孔及少部分纺锤孔有利于提高陶瓷纤维气凝胶的抗收缩性和隔热性能,有效改善了传统陶瓷纤维气凝胶强度差的缺点。本发明制备方法相比现有技术,制备流程简便,生产成本低,具有广泛的应用场景。
