The invention provides an assembly type bridge expansion joint device and a construction method. The expansion joint device comprises a bridge abutment embedded part. The bridge abutment connecting prefabricated part is connected with the bridge abutment embedded part through a first fastener, the bridge abutment connecting prefabricated part is provided with a first sleeve, and the first sleeve is vertically arranged; the steel-concrete beam connecting prefabricated part is connected with the steel-concrete beam through a second fastener, the steel-concrete beam connecting prefabricated part is provided with a second sleeve, and the second sleeve is vertically arranged; the water stopping device is arranged between the bridge abutment connecting prefabricated part and the reinforced concrete beam connecting prefabricated part; the comb plate is provided with a mounting hole, and the mounting hole is connected with the first sleeve and the second sleeve through a third fastener; and the sealant is poured between the comb plate and the bridge abutment connecting prefabricated part and between the comb plate and the reinforced concrete beam connecting prefabricated part. According to the invention, a full-fabricated structure connected by the embedded parts, the prefabricated parts and the fasteners is adopted, the procedure of cast-in-place concrete of the expansion joint is canceled, the concrete curing time is saved, and the effect of traffic opening 4-10 hours after the expansion joint is mounted is achieved by using the sealant.
本发明提供一种装配式桥梁伸缩缝装置及施工方法,伸缩缝装置包括桥台预埋件;桥台连接预制件,与桥台预埋件通过第一紧固件相连接,桥台连接预制件设置有第一套筒,第一套筒竖直设置;钢混梁连接预制件,与钢混梁通过第二紧固件相连接,钢混梁连接预制件设置有第二套筒,第二套筒竖直设置;止水装置,设置于桥台连接预制件和钢混梁连接预制件之间;梳齿板,开设有安装孔,安装孔与第一套筒、第二套筒通过第三紧固件相连接;密封胶,灌注于梳齿板与桥台连接预制件、钢混梁连接预制件之间。本发明采用预埋件、预制件、紧固件连接的全装配式结构,取消伸缩缝现浇混凝土的工序,节约混凝土养护时间,通过使用密封胶达到伸缩缝安装后4‑10小时通车的效果。
