Pre-stressed pier column prefabrication and installation method
The invention relates to a pre-stressed pier column prefabrication and installation method which comprises the following steps: S1, when a pier platform is poured, pre-burying a U-shaped pipe and a jack support in the pier platform, and then installing a jack and a top bracket; s2, sliding plates are laid on the bridge pier platform and the channel, the multiple bridge pier column prefabricated sections are unloaded from the transport vehicle and placed on the channel, and the multiple bridge pier column prefabricated sections are pushed to the installation position in a pushing mode; s3, the pier column prefabricated sections are mounted in the mounting sequence from top to bottom, the upper-layer pier column prefabricated sections are jacked and lifted through a jack by means of a jacking bracket, and after the upper-layer pier column prefabricated sections are jacked out of a certain space, the lower-layer pier column prefabricated sections are placed below the jacking bracket in a sliding mode; and S4, a steel strand penetrates through a prestressed tendon hole in the top of the pier column until the steel strand penetrates out of the other hole, a double-hole connection line is formed, and pier column top layer concrete is poured after grouting is completed. The installation technology is adopted, the construction time can be greatly shortened, and the on-site construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明涉及一种预应力桥墩柱预制安装方法,包括以下步骤:S1、在浇筑桥墩台时,先在桥墩台内预埋U形管和千斤顶支座,再安装千斤顶和顶托架;S2、在桥墩台和通道上铺设滑板,将多个桥墩柱预制节段从运输车上卸下,放置在通道上,用顶推方式将多个桥墩柱预制节段推到安装位置;S3、桥墩柱预制节段的安装采用自上而下的安装顺序,上层桥墩柱预制节段采用千斤顶借助于顶托架顶托上升,顶升出一定空间后将下层桥墩柱预制节段通过滑动放入其下;S4、将钢绞线从桥墩柱顶的预应力筋孔中穿束,待钢绞线从另一孔中穿出时为止,形成双孔联线,注浆完成后浇筑桥墩柱顶层混凝土。本发明采用安装工艺,施工用时可大大缩短,有利于提高现场施工工效。
