The two butt joint boxes are fixedly connected to the bottom side walls of the two bridge bodies respectively, the butt joint position of the two butt joint boxes is located under a hinge joint, first conductive plates are arranged on the upper side wall and the lower side wall of one butt joint box, and second conductive plates are arranged on the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the other butt joint box. And a sealed liquid change chamber is formed in the butt joint of the two butt joint boxes. The bridge hinge joint is reinforced through the electrorheological fluid which can be solidified under the electrostatic field, the reinforcing effect of the electrorheological fluid on the hinge joint can be improved along with vehicles on a bridge, the electrorheological fluid can rapidly recover to the initial state after deformation, and the stability of reinforcing and using of the bridge hinge joint is guaranteed.
