The invention provides an anti-corrosion anchorage device and a steel strand tensioning device and method.The anti-corrosion anchorage device at least comprises an anchorage device body, a liquid storage cavity used for storing anti-corrosion liquid is formed in the anchorage device body, and the anchorage device body is further provided with at least one threading channel used for allowing a steel strand to pass through; and the wire penetrating channel penetrates through the liquid storage cavity and penetrates through the anchorage device body, and when the steel strand moves in the wire penetrating channel, the circulating assembly on the wire penetrating channel communicates with the liquid storage cavity and the interior of the wire penetrating channel, so that preservative liquid enters the wire penetrating channel and coats the steel strand, and preservative liquid coating on the steel strand is completed. The circulating assembly is arranged on the threading channel, so that the steel strand is prevented from directly penetrating through the stored preservative solution, and the risks of leakage and pollution of the preservative solution are reduced in the process of tensioning the steel strand, especially secondary tensioning.
