The invention discloses a reed grass grid transverse and longitudinal cooperative laying device and an inverted T-shaped laying method thereof. The reed grass grid transverse and longitudinal cooperative laying device comprises a rack, an electrical cabinet, a longitudinal depth limiting rolling mechanism, land wheels and a transverse intermittent grass pressing mechanism. The longitudinal depth-limiting rolling mechanism is mounted on the front side of the center of the rack; the electrical cabinet is located on one side of the longitudinal depth-limiting rolling mechanism and installed above the rack. The two groups of land wheels are symmetrically mounted below the rack along the center of the rack; and the four groups of array type transverse intermittent grass pressing mechanisms are mounted on the rear side of the base rack at equal intervals, and form an inverted T-shaped layout with the longitudinal depth-limiting rolling mechanisms. The device provided by the invention can be used for continuously rolling laid longitudinal reed rows and intermittently and periodically pressing transverse reed rows according to the interval of 100 cm at the same time, so that the operation quality and laying efficiency of reed grass checks are effectively ensured. According to the method for laying the grass checks, the grass checks are in an inverted T shape, when the grass checks are laid through the method, the turning frequency of a machine and the sand barrier rolling rate can be effectively reduced, and the phenomena of sand barrier damage and missing laying are reduced.
本发明公开了一种芦苇草方格横纵协同铺设装置及其”⊥”型铺设方法,其包括机架、电气柜、纵向限深滚压机构、地轮和横向间歇压草机构;纵向限深滚压机构安装在机架中心前侧;电气柜位于纵向限深滚压机构一侧并安装在机架上方;两组地轮沿机架中心对称安装在机架下方;四组阵列式的横向间歇压草机构等间距安装座机架后侧,与纵向限深滚压机构位置形成“⊥”型布局。本发明提供的装置可以同时将铺放的纵向芦苇列进行连续滚压,以及横向芦苇列按照间隔100 cm进行间歇性周期压入,有效保证芦苇草方格的作业质量和铺设效率。本发明铺设草方格方法为“⊥”型,利用本发明铺设草方格时,可有效降低机具转弯频率以及沙障碾压率,减少沙障破坏与漏铺现象。
