The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear power station water supply, in particular to a nuclear island demineralized water supply system which comprises a demineralized water tank for storing demineralized water; one end of the static pressure water supply subsystem is connected with the demineralized water tank, and the other end is connected with the first water replenishing user; the elevation of the desalting water tank is higher than that of the first water supplementing user; one end of the pressurized water supply subsystem is connected with the demineralized water tank, and the other end is connected with a second water replenishing user; the water pressure of the second water replenishing user is higher than that of the first water replenishing user; the pressurizing water supply subsystem is suitable for pressurizing demineralized water in the demineralized water tank and then supplying the demineralized water to a second water supplementing user; water is supplied according to different water supply pressures required by different water supplementing users, so that proper water supply pressure is provided; the defects that an existing variable-frequency stable-pressure water supply system is complex and prone to faults are overcome; in addition, water is supplied to the first water supplementing user by means of the potential difference between the first water supplementing user and the desalting water tank; and energy is saved.
