According to the construction method, bolts are embedded in a shear wall (or beam) on the periphery of a building structure to serve as a fixing point and a pulling point, the combination position of a diagonal draw bar and a steel beam is relatively fixed, inspection and acceptance of the scaffold are facilitated, the position of the diagonal draw bar is optimized, and therefore the cantilever scaffold can be effectively avoided; and therefore, the overlapping, checking and acceptance space of the cantilever scaffold is more sufficient, and the overlapping quality of the cantilever scaffold is improved. The overhanging scaffold lapped through the method is more reasonable and clearer in structural stress and smaller in influence on the structure, a working platform is created for structural construction, the technological process is simple, the working efficiency is higher, and the traditional I-shaped steel overhanging beam stress mode is thoroughly changed. Meanwhile, the connecting mode between the connecting beam and the cantilever steel beam is changed, and safety is higher on the premise that safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种悬挑脚手架的施工方法,通过在建筑结构外围剪力墙(或梁)预埋螺栓作为固定点和拉结点,斜拉杆和钢梁组合位置相对固定,便于脚手架检查与验收,斜拉杆的位置优化可以有效避让悬挑脚手架,使得悬挑脚手架搭接、检查和验收的空间更加充分,有利于提高悬挑脚手架的搭接质量。通过本发明搭接的悬挑脚手架结构受力更合理、更明确,对结构影响更小,且为结构施工创造了作业平台,工艺流程简单,作业效率更高,彻底改变了传统工字钢悬挑梁受力方式。同时改变了联梁与悬挑钢梁之间的连接方式,确保安全的前提下更加安全。
